TimeART are time driven live wallpaper apps but not actual clocks,
while it may be possible to tell the time in most cases.
The TimeART Series includes the free available pieces
(MonDriaNoid, TreeOid and GrassOid) but also (CrossHtch and RanDo)
all with many customization options (unlike the free version).
Settings include Background, Placement, Line parameters,
Text size and the possibility to run each piece on part
of the screen and leave more space for your icons.
The series shows off your device and runs well on tablets

Fictitious Atoms

Get the Time and Moonphase

Time is running its course
The KruKru Clock is the newest in a series of live wallpaper clocks from ARTware+Software. For more settings and 5 more clocks you can get the ARTware Clock Collection for $1.43
The KruKru Clock resembles the setup in a KruKru Sushi restaurant where the dishes are presented like on an assembly line. The hands change speed depending on the configuration but it is still quite easy to tell the time. Additionally the date (month/day) and the phase of the moon are displayed.
This, like the other apps are written to run well (small program) on Android devices 2.1+ with Live Wallpaper, specially on tablets. (Tested on Samsung Galaxy Tab, Dell Streak 7 and Motorola Xoom with Honeycomb)
